Terms & Conditions

The Client agrees that the work outlined on the quotation is accurate. It has been discussed between themselves and The Property Services Crew LTD and the price has been agreed upon.

The Client understands they have 28 days to settle outstanding invoices, Late payments will incur a fee of £2.32 per day.

The Client understands that unless previously agreed upon in writing, for example If trust is given for full payment to be made on the completion of work, (whereby in this instance contract of work starts on the first day The property services crew ltd arrive on site), Once the Deposit/Payment is made the contract of work is officially accepted. The Property services crew ltd reserves the right to amend the initial quotation should the client’s requirements change.

The Client understands that the quote given includes what is outlined on the relevant service list.

For End of Tenancy Cleaning or Deep cleaning the client understands that the price is set for the size of property and additional requirements and not priced per hour. The price does not increase or decrease accordingly.

In the instance whereby Products/equipment are agreed to be provided by the property services crew ltd, if there are any special requirements i.e. ecofriendly the client must advise upon booking and the range of product used is the decision/responsibility of The Property Services Crew ltd. The Property Services Crew Ltd will expertly know which products and equipment is needed for the service. No other persons are permitted to use equipment or products provided by The property Services Crew Ltd.

The client understands reasonable flexibility on time frames sometimes will be needed for example if a clean is running over due to unforeseen workload- our sales advisor will always try to be as accurate as possible, but the time scale is always an estimated time.

The client understands that there must be electrical power, hot water, and working lights to be able to undertake the service. if these are not provided then a call out charge of £100 will be issued as an additional charge.

Should We need to collect keys more than 8 miles from the property then an additional charge of £10 per journey will be charged to cover Fuel costs. Keys will be returned to the place of collection unless stated otherwise at the time of booking.

The Property Services Crew Ltd reserves the right to move or cancel the booking at any time.

The client understands the bookings are only confirmed once full payment is received or agreed otherwise in writing.

One week’s notice will be needed to cancel the service. Anything less will still be charged.

The Property Services Crew Ltd will not be held responsible for triggering any alarm systems. customers should provide instructions for de-activating/activating alarms.

Cleaning guarantee lasts for 7 days on properties where there is no activity these issues will need to be raised by an inventory team or the paying client.

Unsociable Working times 9pm-6am is charged at time and half hourly rate and a call out fee may apply.

Your safety/security is of the upmost importance to us, and we have in-house safeguarding measures in place for any clients wishing to take advantage of them- The client understands that they reserve the right to request a DBS checked team member (or members) to complete their service The client understands that One will not always be automatically appointed unless requested. A password agreed upon and kept between our staff and you can be appointed and used at the door discreetly before access is granted.

The client understands that we will always try to make reasonable adjustments to complete the service agreed however it is the Clients responsibility to make the Property services crew ltd aware of such things at the time of booking. All special measures will need to be agreed upon in writing, If things change and special measures change the client understands it is their responsibility to update the office and have the changes agreed.

Building, renovation and construction work comes with a 12-month work guarantee. This applies as long as the work is NOT tampered with or touched by anyone not vetted by The Property Services Crew LTD or unless written consent from a senior member of the team is given.

A detailed inventory, including photos of before and after projects, will be taken for our records as standard practice and may be used in future marketing and advertising campaigns. No customer names or addresses are included in our marketing material and client’s details are handled and kept with the upmost privacy and care in keeping with The Data Protection Act 2018.

Snagging work resolute should be reported within 7 Days and corrected by the Property Services Crew upon an agreed diary date in a timely fashion. Reports later than 7 Days from completion will be deemed as wear and tear and not the responsibility of The property services crew ltd. Refusal by the client to have snagging work rectified will result in the 12-month Guarantee to become null and void.

Emergency work (i.e. leaks or electrical faults) will be assessed upon verbal discussion via telephone 07399800457 and attended upon depending on urgency level. Call out fee may apply.

Our team of professionals are always respectful, polite and courteous to clients, and we ask that you please give our team the same treatment in return. If in the unlikely situation any issues arise with a member of our team or with our work, we ask that you please report in writing to:

Our team have the right to feel safe in the work environment, and, if in the unlikely event this is compromised, they do have the right to remove themselves from site, and report to head office.

We politely ask that before the team begin any work, that all workspaces are made and kept clear and accessible until the completion of agreed work. We use specialised equipment and chemicals to carry out our work and request that during our time on site, we can complete the project without disruption to avoid any damage or injury. Unless agreed prior to commencement of work in the agreement, it is not our responsibility to clear the workspace before works are carried out. At the end of each working day, our team are responsible for all equipment and cleaning/clearing of any hazards. If any equipment needs to be left on site, it must not be tampered with under any circumstances, any damage or misuse of our equipment will incur further costs and will be in breach of contract which could effectively be terminated.

In addition, IF parking charges are incurred in or round your property at any time we are in attendance, then these costs will also be considered within the final invoice.

All Receipts for supplies/Materials to complete the project are the property of us and any of the costs incurred will be included on the customer invoice.

Once an agreed time to carry out work has been established, we shall endeavour to uphold this, except for any unforeseen complications that may arise, including weather conditions, any injuries, illness and other such unavoidable emergencies to the workforce or yourselves, and any damage or repair that may need fixing, which perhaps wasn't noted or discovered prior to beginning. We will always try to provide as much notice on our part, if timelines/schedules need to be adjusted. We also ask if there ae any issues from your part that may hinder or delay works, that you allow us the same appropriate notice to avoid incurring any extra cost. 24 hours’ notice is our usual agreed time.

In the unlikely situation whereby, a disagreement has occurred the client understands payment cannot be withheld without our written agreement to do so. The client understands they must follow our in-house complaints procedure. If findings are found in the clients favour the property services crew ltd will compensate accordingly. If the client takes it upon themselves to withhold payment our legal debt recovery service will be notified and utilised.

*Hospitality - commercial- extra Terms and Conditions-

The Client understands that 1 months’ notice will need to be given to cancel the service anything less will still be charged at full rate. If the client decides to not have The Property Services Crew Ltd on site during the 1 months’ notice period, the time will still be chargeable.

The Property Services Crew Ltd will provide 1 months written notice if we decide to terminate service.

The client understands that payment terms on all invoices is 28 days- late payment terms apply.

The Property Services crew will provide an invoice in arrears on the 1st of the month.

Notice of suspension of service for overdue payment will still be charged at full rate.

The Client understands public holidays are charged at double rate.

The client understands that the keys are to be returned upon receipt of the final invoice which in the instance of termination is due immediately.

The Property Services Crew Ltd is a VAT registered, Insured Company. We are registered with Companies house- Company registration number 15221744, the official register for companies trading in the United Kingdom. The Client understands that price given is excluding VAT which will automatically be added to the final bill at a rate of 20%.
